How can I place an order?
You can place your order online using our simple check out process. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. Shipping and handling are calculated for you based on size and weight.

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive e-mail updates about your order as it moves through layout, production, and shipping. Please check your e-mail. You may also use the "Client Care Form" to request your order status. |

IDS First time clients are protected by a 30 day money back guarantee on indoor displays. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your display you may return it for a full refund.

IDS Shipping
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Menu strip orders are produced in 2 business days. All other display orders take 10 business days from design approval to produce. Please allow enough time for production plus shipping via ground delivery.
Overnight and Second day delivery within the United States is available for an additional charge.
